Your badge will be delivered to the street address (not a PO Box) you nominate in the form.

Please note our supplier manufactures badges once per month, so there may be a wait of several weeks.

Your chapter will be invoiced by BNI for the cost of your replacement badge, prior to proceeding, please check with your chapter Treasurer whether any portion of this cost will be passed on to you.
